REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF A DECISION FORM


To make a request for a review of a decision on complaints against municipal police officers and instructing officers of the Atlantic Police Academy:
  • You may contact the Manager, Office of the Police Commissioner, and ask to have a review if you are not satisfied with the decision made about your complaint. 

  • Your request for a review must be in writing.  You have 30 days to request a review of the decision. 

  • The municipal police officer or the instructing officer of the Atlantic Police Academy, who is the subject of your complaint, can also request a review of the decision in the same manner and within the same time limits.
